Her key skills revolve around coaching individuals in leadership, vision setting, and selling skills. A strategic consultant affiliated with The Proxperts, Krunal has done his management degree from the London School of Commerce, UK, and is also an alumnus of IIM-Ahmedabad. Holding a strong experience of 10+ years, he specialises in sales, negotiation, and people management. As a growth master, leadership consultant, and executionist , he has successfully consulted over 200 SMEs. He is an avid reader , six sigma green belt certified and A lean management champion. A business consultant affiliated with The Proxperts, Poonam is a Bcom Graduate, qualified company secretary and chartered accountant. Additionally, she is certified soft skills trainer accredited by ICBI-NABET-SQA. Her Expertise lies in developing and implementing internal control systems and procedures, optimising HR systems and processes, conducting thorough analysis and review, as well as ensuring meticulous audit documentation.
